根据进一步优化疫情防控“二十条”措施要求，为科学精准做好防控工作，经综合研判，决定从即日起，在全市范围内优化社会面疫情防控相关措施。现将有关事项通告如下：

Based on the current requirement in the circular on further optimizing the COVID-19 response,in order to further prevent and control the epidemic precisely and scientifically,Shantou Municipal Office of Covid-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters decided to optimize epidemic prevention and control measures in community from the date of issue as follows:

1.娱乐场所（酒吧KTV、卡拉OK、歌舞厅、游艺厅等）、室内游泳馆、健身房、网吧、台球厅、棋牌室、麻将馆、密室逃脱、剧本杀、足浴店、洗浴中心、休闲按摩、室内景点等密闭半密闭场所恢复营业，凭48小时内核酸检测阴性证明进入。各类校外培训机构恢复线下教学。

1. All the airtight venues or semi-airtight venues such as entertainment venues (bars,Karaoke,dance halls,recreation centers,etc.),indoor swimming pools,gyms,Internet cafes,billiard halls,chess and card rooms,mahjong halls,escape rooms,murder mystery game rooms,foot massage centers,bathing complex,massage parlors and indoor attractions,will reopen and a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate is required for entry. All the off-campus training institutions are allowed to resume offline teaching.

2.各类公共场所继续强化常态化防控管理。进入公共场所和人员密集场所请严格落实戴口罩、测体温、扫场所码（凭绿码进入）、保持“一米线”等措施。

2. All the public places shall implement regular prevention and control measures. People in public areas and crowded places shall strictly follow the prevention and control requirements such as mask wearing,temperature testing,venue code scanning (a green health code is needed for entry),and one meter keep-off.

3.继续对乘坐飞机、高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车等交通工具的旅客查验48小时内核酸检测阴性证明；对入住宾馆酒店（旅馆、民宿、公寓等）和进入旅游景区人员需查验健康码和72小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

3. Passengers must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours when taking air,high-speed rail,train,inter-provincial long-distance passenger bus and other means of transportation. A negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours and a green health code is needed when checking in at lodges,hotels,home-stays or entering tourist attractions.

4.强化对公安、司法监管场所、养老机构、福利机构、救助管理机构、精神卫生机构、母婴服务机构、康复机构等特殊场所的管理，继续落实封闭管理，严格人员进出管理，落实扫场所码、查验24小时内核酸检测阴性证明、测温等措施。

4. All the special venues, including facilities under the supervision of the public security and judicial systems, elderly care institutions, welfare institutions, aid facilities, psychiatric institutions, maternal and infant care institutions and rehabilitation facilities, shall continue to implement closed-off management with strict measures of entry and exit such as temperature testing, venue code scanning, and 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.

5.请广大市民群众继续保持防范意识，做好个人防护，落实新冠疫苗接种“应接尽接”，倡导老年人尽快完成疫苗全程接种和加强免疫接种，保护好自己也保护好家人。

5. All the residents shall continue to practice good personal protection and are encouraged to get vaccinated. The elderly are encouraged to get fully vaccinated and booster dose against Covid-19 as soon as possible, so as to protect yourself and your family.

以上措施将根据疫情发展形势动态调整。

This notice shall be dynamically adjusted according to the evolving COVID epidemic situation.
