The Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway Project is Officially Approved by the Nation

Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway is an important section of the Ningbo-Guangzhou High-speed Railway, a nationally planned coastal high-speed railway thoroughfare. The project feasibility study report was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in January this year, making it the first national high-speed railway project approved this year.
The total investment for the new Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway is about RMB 38.9 billion, including RMB 25.9 billion for the Fujian section and RMB 13 billion for the Guangdong section. The Project starts from Zhangzhou Station of Fuzhou-Xiamen High-speed Railway, passes through Zhangzhou City, Chaozhou City, and Shantou City, and ends at Shantou Station of Shantou-Shanwei High-speed Railway under construction. The total length of the main line is 174.7 kilometers, and there are 6 stations, with a design speed of 350 km/h. The construction of Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway will link up the key junctions of the Southeast Coastal High-speed Rail Passenger Transport Corridor. In the future, it will become the key route for communication between the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and the southwest region and the southeast coastal region. After Zhangzhou-Shantou High-speed Railway is opened to the public, the Fuzhou-Guangzhou section of the southeast coastal high-speed rail corridor with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour will be completed and operated first. A passenger can directly go to Guangzhou faster than now by high-speed rail from Xiamen, cutting the time required for the trip by half.

漳汕高铁项目正式获国家批复
漳州至汕头高速铁路是国家规划的沿海高铁通道宁波至广州高速铁路的重要一段，项目可行性研究报告已于今年1月获国家发展改革委批复，成为今年首条获批的国家高速铁路项目。
新建漳州至汕头高速铁路总投资约389亿元，其中福建段259亿元，广东段130亿元。项目起自福厦高铁的漳州站，经漳州市、潮州市、365最快比分网_365bet中文体育在线_365050，至在建的汕头至汕尾高速铁路的汕头站，正线全长174.7公里，共设6座车站，设计时速350公里/小时。漳汕高铁的建设，将打通东南沿海高速铁路客运通道的关键节点，未来成为长三角、珠三角及西南地区与东南沿海地区交流的主通道。漳汕高铁通车后，东南沿海时速350公里高铁通道福州至广州段将率先贯通，从厦门乘高铁可快速直达广州，比现在要节约近一半的时间。
