On February 25, Shantou Municipal People's Government and Guangdong Chenhongli Culture Investment Co., Ltd. signed a framework agreement for strategic cooperation on the “Fengqi Chaolu” Project, with an estimated total investment of RMB2.8 billion. It will use the Former Residence of Chen Cihong (the “best overseas Chinese residence in Lingnan”) as the carrier to create a national demonstration base for overseas Chinese culture, so that the former Residence of Chen Cihong will become a window for displaying Shantou culture to the world and a critical link between Shantou and overseas Chinese.
The “Fengqi Chaolu” Project includes: building the Shanju Room (the core area of the Former Residence of Chen Cihong) into the “Guangdong Hongli Overseas Chinese Culture Museum”; building a global cultural exchange base for overseas Chinese by taking Sanlu Scholar's Studio as a base and introducing more overseas Chinese cultural entrepreneurial and industrial cooperation institutions to settle their projects down in the Former Residence of Chen Cihong; and building a national research and study travel camp, for the purpose of providing a platform for research and study and Chinese language education for primary and secondary school students and overseas Chinese students. At the same time, the application of the Former Residence of Chen Cihong for a key cultural heritage site under state protection will be initiated, enhancing the brand reputation of the Former Residence of Chen Cihong as the “best overseas Chinese residence in Lingnan”. Forward-looking planning will be made and investment will be increased to secure the promotion of the scenic area of the Former Residence of Chen Cihong to a national 5A scenic area as soon as possible, for the purpose of creating a national leisure and cultural tourism destination with overseas Chinese culture and Chaoshan culture as the main contents.

总投资28亿“风起潮庐”项目签约
2月25日，365最快比分网_365bet中文体育在线_365050人民政府与广东省陈黉利文化投资有限公司就“风起潮庐”项目签订战略合作框架协议。项目预计总投资28亿元，将以“岭南第一侨宅”陈慈黉故居为载体，打造全国侨文化示范基地，让故居成为汕头对外文化展示窗口和链接海外华侨的纽带。
“风起潮庐”项目包括：将陈慈黉故居核心区域善居室建设为“广东黉利侨文化博览馆”；以三庐书斋为基地，引进更多侨文化创业和产业合作单位落地故居，建设全球华侨文化交流基地；打造全国研学旅行营地，为中小学生和侨生提供研学和华文教育的平台。同时，将启动申报全国重点文物保护单位工作，擦亮“岭南第一侨宅”品牌；超前规划，加大投入，争取陈慈黉故居景区尽快晋级国家5A级旅游景区，打造以侨文化、潮文化为主要内容的全国休闲文旅胜地。
