Located in Changping Road, Longhu District,this project is the only ultra-large running-water community in the east of Guangdong at present  The total floor area of the project is about 700,000 square meters, with a total of 3160 households in the community. The entire community is divided into six blocks. The architectural types include the small column-shape high-rise building, round high-rise building, villa, foreign-style houses with scene and garden houses. The supporting facilities are complete in the community. The unique running-water scene runs across the entire community and creates a brand new living environment with waters.

This project is designed by Shantou Building Design Institute, constructed by Shantou Logan Construction Co., Ltd. and developed by Guangdong Logan (Group) Co., Ltd.
